Answer: First, fill out a quote request in the Quote tab. We will respond with an estimate for the repair or service. If you are local to Haverford Township or surrounding area, you can drop off or we can pick up if possible. If not follow the mail-in instructions here.
Answer: No. All our services are No Fix = No Fee. We will send you an invoice with an option to pay by paypal/credit card via Email once your repair is completed. If we can't solve your primary problem, then you only pay return shipping/reassembly if needed.

Mail-in: Straight forward repairs etc. 3-6 days.
Complex repairs: Depending on complexity and our queue this can take 2-6 weeks.
Data recovery: Up to 6 weeks.
Local Repairs: Get an estimate online and call us to set up an appointment for repair usually same day repair if not complex and part required is in stock.
Answer: For straightforward repairs, you can mark the outside of your box RUSH and we will add a $25 front of the line pass to your invoice. This often results in same day service and is shipped in the next available postal schedule. For complex repair\data recovery, we do not offer rush service, but in certain circumstances will speed-up the repair ie (low repair volume, etc ).
Answer: If we quote you a solution for your primary problem, and we can't fix your device to solve that primary problem, than we will not charge you for the labor on the device. For "No Fix" repairs, we will give you the option of paying an invoice for shipping (usually standard domestic shipping for devices), or just donating the device to the donor board pile for parts or recycling. For "No Fix" solutions there is a $25 reassembly fee or we will package the device as is (disassembled) in appropriate shipping container.
Answer: A Factory Reset is when you erase all data (docs, photos, music etc) on device and restore to factory settings.
Answer: Our No Fix = No Fee policy is for the solution to the primary problem only. If your device in the diagnostic process happens to have a secondary problem, then we will give you some options to add on a secondary repair, or receive the device back with just the primary problem fixed. Secondary problems do not qualify for a No Fix = No Fee for the primary repair. For example, if your "no image" device problem is solved, but then it turns out to not have a functioning "home button", this is a secondary problem and we would still bill for the "no image" solution.
Answer: For data recovery, we make no guarantee that the device itself will work again, although we do attempt to extract the data from the hard drive or device by repairing the logic board hardware. For data recovery service, we offer a No Data = No Fee guarantee. If we can't get your Data, then no Fee. If we can get your data, we will send you back your device which may or may not be functional, or may be partially functional. We will maintain a local copy of your data until you let us know that your data has safely arrived at its destination, which will then be deleted.
Answer: If there is "Prior Fix Attempt Damage" not mentioned in the original quote then we reserve the right to refuse the repair or we will contact you to resolve the problem if its possible.
